Just a note to say thank you for the fantastic job you did on my living room and stairs carpets. I'm not exaggerating to say they look like new - even the ivory colored one. My husband was talking about replacing them altogether. I'd tried the chemical dry cleaning people, but it had little effect.but as we said, it's all about having the right equipment.
